Are you feeling all alone in your faith walk? You may even feel abandoned. I know a sure fire way to change your outlook- worship God anyway. Now you may say why would I do such thing when I feel the way I do? Simple answer, you feel all alone, feel abandoned but in fact God has not moved a single inch.
Let me tell you how I know this deep down in my heart. God made the ultimate sacrifice to provide a means, a way of salvation for mankind. He provided his Son to die for our sins. The One who knew no sin shed his blood for us who were lost and cursed. My God would never have come to save the world then walked away from the very thing he desires, a relationship with his redeemed creation.
Even if My God never did another thing for me but to save me, I would have ample opportunity and reason to still praise him for saving my soul from eternal damnation. How can I ever repay my Lord for what he did for me? I can’t! So I will praise him no matter the circumstances, no matter the time and no matter my feelings.
Our God is worthy of all praise and adoration today and forever!
