The act of worship can be expressed by many names: praise, prayer, submission, giving thanks or gratitude. No matter what you call it, it is necessary for our relationship with the Father. I have found that the more I come to understand who my Father is in heaven, the easier it is for me to worship him. I also find that this worship can come in not only the good times but the difficult ones as well.
Our God is such an awesome combination of holiness and yet availability. He is a good God even when we have abandoned him. He loves us not only now but has from the beginning of time till eternity. He has created the whole of the universe for our pleasure and he delights in being with us. He is patient, powerful, all knowing and the very essence of what love truly is. He cares for every detail from today to forever and has made every provision for us including sacrificing his Son to save us!
There is nothing he has left undone, nothing he has not planned for. Nothing is going to surprise him as he knows all things. He knows us completely yet loves us beyond our wildest dreams. Yes my friends, he is filled with unfailing love! Praise and worship him right now where you are for he is worthy!!
