What Shall We Give Jesus?

“When he had gone indoors, the blind men came to him, and he asked them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” “Yes, Lord,” they replied. Then he touched their eyes and said, “According to your faith let it be done to you”;”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭9‬:‭28‬-‭29‬ ‭NIV‬‬

A simple question for who may read this devotion today, what is it that we should give Jesus? If we are expecting little or nothing from Jesus, then we can give him little or no trust at all. If we are expecting something from Jesus, then we should give him a moderate amount of trust that he can accomplish what we seek. But, if we expect a great deal from Jesus, then we should give our trust and faith in him completely. You see the more you trust the Lord, the more you can realize from your relationship with him. Little given, little gained!

If you have an array of needs in your life and are looking to God to meet your needs, does it not make sense we would have a deeper faith in him. The question asked today by Jesus is “Do you believe I am able to meet your needs”? He goes on to say, “According to your faith let it be done first you.” If you are wondering what the Lord desires from you, how about your trust in him! He can do all things but we need to trust him above all else first for our relationship to produce the real fruit we seek. If you need a miracle today we might want to grow our trust in him we ask for such answers!
