Experience the Love of Christ at HTC Fellowship
HTC Community Fellowship came about when Pastor RJ Hicks received the call from God to start a church in his community of Heritage Todd Creek in Thornton Colorado. Heeding that call, Pastor Hicks, with his wife Mary Ann, launched the HTC Community Fellowship on April 9th, 2023, Easter Sunday in the community clubhouse. Since that time, the Fellowship has been meeting every Sunday at 9:00 am.
The Fellowship welcomed Jonathan Grimsley on August 27, 2023 to become the Worship leader of the Fellowship. We invite anyone to join on us on Sunday morning to worship the Lord and build Christian fellowship with other believers.
We at HTC Community Fellowship believe in the following Christian doctrines:
The Word of God- the Bible, is the inspired Word of the Lord given to men by the Holy Spirit’s leading, and as such is the truth we believe in and use to live our lives.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, sent by the Father to earth as a man to fulfill all biblical prophecies.
That Jesus was born of a virgin birth, wholly man, wholly God. He died on the cross as our sacrifice for sin and rose again on the third day victorious over sin, death and the grave and now sits at the right hand of the Father making intercession for his disciples.
We believe in the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit as the Godhead of all creation.
HTC Community Fellowship was founded on two callings:
To create Christian fellowship in our community by bringing the gospel of Jesus Christ to our neighborhood and city.
To fulfill the command of Jesus to love our neighbors as He has loved us by serving them in their daily lives.
Leadership
Pastor RJ Hicks
Pastor RJ has walked with the Lord for almost 50 years. He has served as a deacon, an elder and as an Associate Pastor before starting the HTC Community Fellowship in 2023. RJ’s focus is on building relationships with God and with others through the love of Jesus Christ and teaching the Gospel of Christ.
Mary Ann Hicks
I have been a believer for four decades. I continue to build my faith and finding ways to do all that God has called me to do.
David Williams
David Williams is an ordained minister who spent most of his adult life in full-time ministry. Since retiring in 2018, he has continued using his God-given talents to actively support various ministries. His greatest desire is to see people experience the joy of living a Spirit-led life. He and his wife, Becky, moved to HTC in 2021 and enjoy the interactions of this active community. God has blessed them with a beautiful family, including five precious grandchildren.
